Many of our products now carry free shipping. This is stated on the product description page. Free shipping is via standard delivery and takes 2-4 working days. Where multiple items are added, if any items carries a shipping charge within these items, this will be displayed on the shopping cart summary page.

Items with Chargeable shipping rates.

Where items carry shipping rates, these are calculated by weight and size automatically, and will be displayed to you in the shopping cart. Standard charges are currently £36 per pallet.

A pallet can hold multiple items, which means you can add as many items as the pallet will allow but still only pay one shipping cost ! The Shipping price is automatically calculated depending on the products you choose, and will be displayed to you in the shopping cart section.

Please note the following:

• Some items only take up a small amount of space on a pallet, so you are able to add more items to your cart and still only pay for the 1 pallet at £36.
• If the order spills over into 2 pallets then the price doubles ie £72. Generally most items (even multiple items) will easily fit onto one pallet so the cost rarely exceeds £36.

Remember ! you can fit multiple items onto one pallet (depending on size) and still only pay £36. Shipping costs for your items are clearly shown in the shopping cart page during checkout.

Returns Policy
Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund – providing the item is in the same condition as it was when sold and the buyer must pay any transportation/shipping costs.

Important Notice

Please Note: Where items are delivered by courier (this is most of the UK excluding large items to most parts of the East and West Midlands*) then this is for Kerbside Delivery only . We cannot give the driver details of where to place the item, nor will the driver take the item into a back garden, up a gravel driveway, across lawns etc. This is because they only carry a pallet truck, which is not designed to go over soft ground. The item can only be placed on hardstanding ground such as a driveway or kerbside. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

In the case of local deliveries across East and West Midlands, we will use our own transport which has a hydraulic loader and swing arm, and will do our best to help the item be placed where you require.
