Remember ! you can fit multiple items onto one pallet (depending on size) and still only pay £36. Shipping costs for your items are clearly shown in the shopping cart page during checkout.

Where multiple items are added, if any items carries a shipping charge within these items, this will be displayed on the shopping cart summary page.
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Items must be in the same condition as sold, and the buyer must pay any transportation/shipping costs. However, this is reduced if your location is within the area shown above. Please call for details.
Where items are delivered by courier (this is most of the UK excluding large items to most parts of the East and West Midlands) the drivers only use a hand pallet truck to place your items. This style of pallet truck won't go over gardens, lawns, or around the back of your house. Therefore we make all customers aware that the delivery is for Kerbside only (but see note below about driveways)
We cannot give the driver details of where to place the item, nor will the driver take the item into a back garden, up a gravel driveway, across lawns etc. However, if you have a suitable hardstanding area such as a tarmac or concrete driveway, then the driver may be able to place it there at their discretion, but if not, then a kerbside delivery is all they are able to provide. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
In the case of local deliveries across East and West Midlands, we will use our own transport which has a hydraulic loader and swing arm, and will do our best to help the item be placed where you require.
